Broccoli-Mushroom Alfredo

Create this delicious and healthy pasta dish in little time. The whole family will love it!


  • 1-15 oz Vegan Valley Alfredo Cheeze Sauce
  • 3 cups Broccoli Flowerets
  • 1 Box Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. Soy Free Earth Balance Butter
  • 1-12oz Box Jovial Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Spaghetti Noodles


  1. Warm Cheeze Sauce in a Medium Sauce Pan on Med-Low Heat.
  2. Blanch Broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and Rinse under cold water. Let Drain well.
  3. Melt earth Balance and mix with mushrooms. Roast in oven for 15 minute on 425°F.
  4. Cook Noodles according to box directions. Drain and put back into same pot. Add hot Cheese-Sauce warm broccoli and roasted Mushrooms.
  5. Toss and Serve.
